Use the form below to submit your water meter reading if you hold a metered entitlement for unsupplemented water.

  • Your client reference number and meter reference number can be found in the information package recently sent to you.
  • If you have multiple meters, please submit this form individually for each meter.
  • You will still be required to provide a reading if your meter is experiencing problems.
