2014 statutory land valuations

Valuation notices have been posted today to all landowners in 41 Queensland rateable local government areas.

Valuer-General Neil Bray said approximately one million landowners in 41 of Queensland’s 62 rateable local governments were issued with new valuations in accordance with the Land Valuation Act 2010.
