Annual reports on administration of the Foreign Ownership of Land Register Act 1988

All foreigners, as defined in the Foreign Ownership of Land Register Act 1988, are required to notify the Registrar of Titles of any acquisition or disposal of land or an interest in land.

The annual report provides a range of statistics on foreign acquisitions, broken down by local government area and nationality of purchaser.
